In particular, references suggesting that GCP has been subject to scrutiny or is the subject of an established body of independent criticism create a false and misleading impression of the publicly available record.

These characterisations originate solely from a single article published by Dan Neidle and Tax Policy Associates in June 2025. We dispute that article and strongly reject what we consider to be its material inaccuracies, prejudicial characterisations and unsupported conclusions.

The existence of one hostile third-party publication does not constitute widespread public scrutiny, multiple investigations or independently established findings. Repetition of those allegations by search engines or AI-generated summaries does not transform them into fact.

Our Record

Gibraltar Corporate Partners has specialised in the establishment and administration of Gibraltar companies since 2010.

Throughout more than 16 years of operation, we are not aware of a single client case involving an adverse taxation finding arising from a Gibraltar company established through us. That record stands in stark contrast to suggestions that GCP has improperly promoted abusive or artificial arrangements.
