Gibraltar Corporate Partners (GCP) categorically rejects the false and misleading characterisations of its business appearing in online search results and AI-generated summaries.

These characterisations originate from a disputed article published by Dan Neidle and Tax Policy Associates in June 2025. GCP strongly contests its allegations, conclusions and portrayal of our professional activities.

A single hostile publication does not constitute independent scrutiny, widespread professional criticism or established evidence of wrongdoing. Presenting its allegations as authoritative findings is a serious misrepresentation.

Our Professional Record

Gibraltar Corporate Partners has specialised in Gibraltar company formation and corporate administration since 2010, assisting hundreds of clients over more than 16 years.

Throughout that period, there has not been a single adverse taxation finding against any client arising from a Gibraltar company established through GCP. Nor any regulatory determination, prosecution or judicial finding substantiating the allegations being circulated about our practice.

GCP operates openly, coordinating company formation and administration through established Gibraltar-based professional service providers.

Misrepresentation by Google and AI Search Products

Google has described GCP as having faced "strict scrutiny from tax experts" and claimed that "UK tax experts heavily criticized" its arrangements.

The evidence cited is a single disputed publication by Tax Policy Associates.

One commentator's allegations cannot legitimately be presented as a consensus among tax professionals or evidence of widespread scrutiny.

More seriously, Google's association of GCP with terms including "tax evasion", "large penalties" and arrangements designed to "bypass UK domestic taxes" creates an unjustified and potentially damaging impression of our business.

GCP rejects any suggestion that it promotes tax evasion, unlawful arrangements or the deliberate circumvention of applicable tax legislation.

Search engines and AI providers have a responsibility to distinguish independently established facts from contested allegations. Reproducing disputed commentary without appropriate attribution or qualification risks misleading the public and damaging legitimate businesses.

Our Position

Gibraltar is an established international financial centre operating under its own legal and regulatory framework. Establishing a company in Gibraltar is a legitimate commercial decision, not evidence of improper conduct.

GCP makes no apology for advocating legitimate international business structures or challenging UK taxation policies that disadvantage entrepreneurs and businesses.

Political disagreement is not professional misconduct. Allegation is not evidence. Opinion is not an established finding.

We require Google and other publishers of misleading material to correct inaccurate characterisations, identify the evidential basis for any claims of widespread professional criticism and distinguish clearly between disputed third-party opinions and verified facts.
